How do I exchange or return an item?

As part of our commitment to provide you with 100% satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle 30-day return policy. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your web purchase we will promptly issue you a refund or exchange the product for another one. Please be advised that all returns must be approved by customer service. Please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of your order date.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice indicating the reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials and free accessories included with the shipment.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from Envie De Neuf (either via our website or telephone). We cannot accept the return of product purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
  • Use a traceable and or insured shipping method (such as FedEx or insured Parcel Post) for your protection as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Original shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Envie De Neuf or damaged during shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

For refund authorization please contact us via email: or call us at 510.252.1188. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed. Once processed, either the credit will be issued or the exchange product will be shipped. Please note that if receiving a refund it will be via the form of payment received.
